★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pff ir en quincena impensable, siempre está abarrotado y si deseas pasar con un ejecutivo de cuenta ni se diga, he tenido que esperar más de una hora para ser atendida, lo bueno los cajeros por lo menos son amables a comparación de otras sucursales y el cajero automático casi siempre está vacío.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya deberían de correr a todo el personal, siempre tienen la excusa de que no hay sistema o que llames a línea Santander, vas a la sucursal que esta por la delegación y te dan servicio sin problema. Cajero de depósitos descompuesto casi todos los días.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ son una institución bancaria, por lo tanto deberían tener protocolos, lineamientos etc, para empezar no abren a la hora que indican, ya con eso no puedes confiar en que respeten tu tiempo e intereses. Mínimo una pinche hojita pegada con el verdadero horario, tantita madre.
