★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no hay quien canalize dependiendo el trámite, el asesor de la puerta te dice que hagas fila, duras 3 hrs haciendo fila en el rayo del sol y cuando es tu turno te dicen que no están haciendo ese tramite
Terrible service, there is no one to channel depending on the process, the advisor at the door tells you to stand in line, it takes you 3 hours to stand in line in the ray of the sun and when it is your turn they tell you that they are not doing that process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy en la sucurasl ejercito mexicano , queria hacer pago de mi tarjeta en ventanilla y no me lo quicieron recibir, me enviaron al cajero automatico el cual no pudo aceptar mi pago!!! Pedi a la srita gabriela bautista ayuda , el cual me nego el apoyo, vokvi a la caja y de nuevo me negaron aceptar el pago de ni tarjeta y aquibsigo tengo 40 min, siendo que estan vacias las cajas y aun no me pueden ayudar, y eso que quiero hacer un pago!!!!!!!
I am in the Mexican army, I wanted to pay my card at the window and they did not want to receive it, they sent me to the ATM which could not accept my payment! I asked Ms. Gabriela Baptista for help, who denied me the support, vokvi at the checkout and again refused to accept the payment of a card and I still have 40 min, since the boxes are empty and they still can't help me, and I want to make a payment !!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, nunca hay nadie para atenderte, y los que están te voltean la cara, te dejan esperando y la mayoría de las personas se van, el peor banco en atención al cliente. No es la primera vez que me tienen hasta 3 horas esperando!
Terrible attention, there is never anyone to assist you, and those who are there turn your face away, leave you waiting and most people leave, the worst bank in customer service. It is not the first time that they have kept me waiting for up to 3 hours!
