★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y muy lentos la señorita de recepción de entrada llamada monse atiende super mal los cajeros super lentos y no tenían el suficiente dinero para cambiar un cheque y la caja practipagos cada que voy a querer hacer un movimiento nunca sirve (Un cliente puso su mochila en su lugar donde ella se sienta y ella muy groseramente le comento que por favor quitara su mochila de ahí) la señorita no tiene nada de amabilidad es muy gestosa
Terrible service and very slow the lady at the entrance reception called Monse attends the super slow ATMs super badly and they did not have enough money to change a check and the cash box every time I want to make a move it never works (A customer put his backpack in her place where she sits and she very rudely commented to her that please remove her backpack from there) the lady is not kind at all, she is very gestural

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En más de 2 años solamente 1 cajero de ventanilla te atiende, el cajero permanente para realizar un pago, nunca funciona, de que sirve tener varios ejecutivos en escritorio y una persona en recepción si el servicio es de pésima calidad
In more than 2 years, only 1 teller at the window serves you, the permanent teller to make a payment, never works, what is the use of having several executives at the desk and a person at the reception if the service is of poor quality
