★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no están al pendiente de las personas que están formadas afuera esperando entrar. Una de las ejecutivas no me permitió abrir una cuenta porque quería la impresión del recibo de la luz a color, no entienden que muchos obtenemos los recibos solo de forma electrónica, insistía en que mi impresión no era original.
Terrible service, they are not aware of the people who are lined up outside waiting to enter. One of the executives did not allow me to open an account because she wanted to print the receipt of the electricity in color, they do not understand that many of us obtain the receipts only electronically, she insisted that my print was not original.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo banco: su cajero para hacer pagos nunca funciona siempre está en " mantenimiento", los cajeros para retirar dinero a cada rato igual dejan de funcionar o se traga las tarjetas, para entrar como tal al banco es una eternidad, siempre hay colas antes de las 9, una vez que por fin entras, no te pueden dar solución porque resulta que la tarjeta no es de su sucursal y obviamente te envían al banco que corresponde y básicamente pierdes tu tiempo.
Como banco comparados con otros, no lo recomiendo, ni para tarjeta de nómina, débito y mucho menos crédito. En pocas palabras evitarlo si se puede.
Terrible bank: its ATM to make payments never works it is always in "maintenance", the ATMs to withdraw money at all times may stop working or swallow the cards, to enter the bank as such is an eternity, there are always queues before 9 o'clock, once you finally enter, they cannot give you a solution because it turns out that the card is not from their branch and obviously they send you to the corresponding bank and basically you waste your time.
As a bank compared to others, I do not recommend it, nor for a payroll, debit card and much less credit. In short, avoid it if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, no están en ventanillas ni los ejecutivos en sus áreas de trabajo, mucho tiempo de espera y no saben resolver ningún problema, tuve que ir a la sucursal de la 24 sur para una mejor atención.
Bad attention, they are not at the windows or the executives in their work areas, a long waiting time and they do not know how to solve any problem, I had to go to the 24 sur branch for better attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, casi una hora esperando a solo hacer un deposito, su cajero para deposito no sirve y para hacer solo un deposito te hacen esperar demasiado y te hacen caras, muy mal servicio.
Terrible attention, almost an hour waiting just to make a deposit, their cashier for deposit does not work and to make only a deposit they make you wait too long and they make you expensive, very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención,solo 1 persona en atención a clientes y 1 cajera muchísima fila de clientes esperando. A pesar de estar en sus cubículos más ejecutivas NO ATENDÍAN y se ENOJABAN si se les interrumpia con su celular. horrible las instalaciones,muy sucias ? Solo 1 cajero funcional.
No tenían GEL ANTIBACTERIAL, nadie te atiende al llegar. Tiempo de espera de más de 2horas en promedio para que te atienda ejecutivo(a).
Terrible attention, only 1 person in customer service and 1 cashier, a lot of line of customers waiting. Despite being in their most executive cubicles, THEY DID NOT ATTEND and GET ANGRY if they were interrupted with their cell phone. horrible facilities, very dirty ? Only 1 functional cashier.
They did not have ANTIBACTERIAL GEL, nobody attends to you when you arrive. Waiting time of more than 2 hours on average for an executive to attend you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst service a bank can offer you. They open their bank and they don't have services available, why open if you are not gonna even work. Then instead of fixing this problem, they just stand idle doing nothing. Plus, the service of tellers is awful, they are always aggressive towards the costumer. If they are treating their clients like this, I would never open an account on this bank, ever.
