Falta mucha capacitacion a los ejecutivos, solicité un tramite y no hicieron nada, sin embargo segun ellos ya estaba la solicitud. Pesimo servicio.

Es una sucursal muy pequeña para la cantidad de personas que la visitan diariamente, he acudido en varias ocasiones y desde la puerta te reciben con un "disculpe por el momento no tenemos sistema", esto es muy constante en esta sucursal. Ahora bien si tienen sistema nunca funcionan todas sus cajas lo cual hace el servicio demasiado lento, los ejecutivos a pesar de que son amables son muy lentos para atender. Definitivamente si tienes prisa o quieres hacer un trámite con agilidad ve a otra sucursal que tenga sistema cuando lo necesitas.
It is a very small branch for the number of people who visit it daily, I have visited several times and from the door they receive you with an "excuse for the moment we do not have a system", this is very constant in this branch. Now if they have a system they never work all their boxes which makes the service too slow, the executives although they are friendly are very slow to attend. Definitely if you are in a hurry or want to do a paperwork with agility go to another branch that has a system when you need it.

Una hora esperando para tramitar una reposición, no esperando por la tarjeta. Una hora esperando para ser atendido. Los empleados en lugar de ofrecer soluciones buscan como negarte el servicio, atienden de mala cara y pésima actitud. Te dejan sentado y no tienen la atención de decirte, vuelco en x cantidad de tiempo. No tardo o cualquier cosa, se levantan como burros.
One hour waiting to process a replacement, not waiting for the card. An hour waiting to be seen. Instead of offering solutions, employees seek to deny you the service, they serve with a bad face and a bad attitude. They leave you sitting and don't have the attention to tell you, I roll over in x amount of time. I don't delay or anything, they get up like donkeys.

Pesimo servicio. justo en este momento voy retirandome, la chica que esta en la entrada es muy despota. Cuando maque a la linea de atc para activar la app en mi cel, me dijeron que en cualquier sucursal. Acudo a esta sucursal y la chica muy grosera dijo que no que ahi no se hace que en lansucursal donde se aperturo y paso al siguiente. Deberian ser mas selectivos con su personal. Por que contratan gente con una pesima actitud. Si no quieren hacer su trabajo para que estan ahi. Le solicite entonces cancelar esa cuenta para por que ami no me gusta su banco y prefiero mi nomina en otro banco y menciona que no se puede. Que falta de profecionalismo a su trabajo.

El peor banco del mundo, servicios en línea super limitados, lo cual provoca que tengas que venir a su sucursal y siempre es de estar dos horas o más esperando a que te atiendan, pésima actitud de su pesonal

Trato de sacar dinero del cajero y me entrega un billete roto porque se atoró en el rodillo. Quiero cambiarlo en sucursal y me tienen parado más de una hora porque no hay sistema. Qué tiene que ver el cambiar un billete roto con que no haya sistema ??? Y por supuesto a los empleados les vale madres

Pésimo servicio 2 hrs para poder tramitar una reposición de tarjeta, me mandaron a súper línea, después me pidieron que me volviera a anotar a su lista para poder ser llamada. La señorita de la foto súper grosera , me grito al pedirle una pluma prestada indicándome que no tenía.
Terrible service 2 hrs to process a replacement card, they sent me to the super line, then they asked me to re-enter their list to be able to be called. The lady in the super rude photo yelled at me when I asked for a borrowed pen indicating that I didn't have one.
