La pseudoejecutiva de atención a clientes no pudo ayudarme en mis dudas, en lugar de eso me dijo que hablara por teléfono que ahí me ayudarían. Es una desepcion este banco y sus empleados de cuarta, necesitan capacitación urgente. Desafortunadamente sólo puedo acudir a esa sucursal por haber abierto una cuenta ahí, pero a la hora y día que vaya, sienpre hay una fila larguísima y muy lenta para avanzar.
