★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es redundante y malo, no resuelven nada ni te dan un curso de acción claro para resolver cualquier problema que acontezca. Los empleados de la surcursal ni si quiera son adeptos para poder dar respuestas claras y ni entre ellos se ponen de acuerdo. Ademas de esto, tienen una rotación de personal enorme por lo cual nunca es la misma persona dandole seguimiento a los procesos y tramites y es por ello que todo lo hacen mal. Si hubiese una calificación mas baja que una estrella se las daría.
 The service is redundant and bad, they do not solve anything or give you a clear course of action to solve any problem that occurs. The employees of the branch are not even adept at being able to give clear answers and neither do they agree. In addition to this, they have a huge staff turnover so it is never the same person monitoring processes and paperwork and that is why they do everything wrong. If there was a rating lower than a star I would give it to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En días de quincena se llena la sucursal que es pequeña y hay filas para todo. Pese a eso, el personal trata de atender rápido.
La sucursal no tiene área de Select, por cierto.
On fortnight days the small branch fills up and there are lines for everything. Despite that, the staff tries to attend quickly.
The branch does not have a Select area, by the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creí que exageraban al decir que tenían mal servicio, pero que desagradable sorpresa me llevé al ver que era así, desde un inicio te ponen peros antes de realizar el ingreso de documentos.
Muy chafa servicio ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima sucursal...solo 2 cajeros y una de las dos sale a comer a las entre las 12 y las 2pm ... un caos.
Y el Gerente de sucursal un nefasto... no se sabe los productos que ofrece santander ...sin mencionar que tiene sus clientes preferidos y los pasa antes que a uno que esta esperando en la lista...nefasto

Terrible branch... only 2 ATMs and one of the two goes out to eat between 12 and 2pm... chaos.
And the branch manager is disastrous...he doesn't know the products that Santander offers...not to mention that he has his favorite clients and passes them before someone who is waiting on the list...disastrous
I give it one star because otherwise I can't post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas a atención con ejecutivo te atienden rápido si eres amigo de uno de ellos de nada sirve que te anotes para ser atendido, pues solo atienden rápido a sus amigos te saltan descaradamente aunque te anotes, pésima atención al usuario. No vengan a esta sucursal para buscar ayuda de un ejecutivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No saben hacer transferencias internacionales!!! Les insistimos en poner el domicilio del beneficiario y dijeron que no era importante. Tres horas después nos informaron que lo habían rechazado por que no proporcionamos el domicilio ? Una pérdida absoluta de tiempo!!!!!!! Deberían capacitarlos, y de paso tratarlos bien para que dejen de ser tan prepotentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal con una actitud de poca disposición de ayudarte. Para ellos el sistema para hacer cualquier trámite cierra a las 2 y ya no dejan aperturas cuentas, y ningún otro trámite. Aparte te ponen un “pero” para cada apoyo que pides. No se si inventen todo esto del sistema… pero en otra sucursal me atendieron y sin temas de “sistema cerrado”.
