Se la pasan platicando entre ellos mientras te tienen las horas esperando. Al cabo que, ellos no tienen que pagar los $50 de estacionamiento.
La atención por parte de los ejecutivos es lenta, perezosa, y sin ganas.
Es en definitiva el peor banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy lento. Las chicas son amables, pero 2 cajeros para una fila de 20 usuarios no es razonable. Es una espera de más de 1 hora.
Very slow service. The girls are nice, but 2 ATMs for a row of 20 users is not reasonable. It is a wait of more than 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, me dieron mal la información de una cuenta y me mandaron a sucursal foránea pudiendo revolver aquí en Puebla, esto generó más problema en resolver y atender mi solicitud. Se puede interponer queja. Y esto no para afectar pero sí para que sean más atentos y eficientes.
Very bad service, they gave me the wrong information on an account and they sent me to a foreign branch, being able to mix it up here in Puebla, this generated more problems in resolving and attending to my request. A complaint can be filed. And this not to affect but to be more attentive and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, muy lentos con filas de espera de hasta más de 1:30hrs donde además cometen errores y se equivocan mucho en ciertos tramites como fue mi caso. Su personal no está 100% capacitado, además que no todos los agentes tienen una actitud positiva hacia el cliente. Les recomiendo ahorrarse su tiempo y no ir a esta sucursal
