★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, el ejecutivo que me atendió traía el cubrebocas mal puesto, con la nariz descubierta y no tenía ni idea del trámite que le pedí, no sé si era nuevo, pero de verdad no sabía y me mandó al teléfono a preguntar. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De los peores bancos y justo la peor sucursal. Atienden cuando quieren y “se toman su tiempo” para todo de manera muy grosera. Según su horario es a partir de las 9am, pero abren incluso después de las 9:30. En estos “tiempos de pandemia” supuestamente sólo tienen dos cajas abiertas, pero eso siempre ha sido así, nunca tienen más de dos cajas funcionando.
Además, lo peor de lo peor es que los sábados y domingos no están abiertos sus cajeros, éstos sólo están abiertos cuando la sucursal está abierta. Y para colmo, cuando sus cajeros están abiertos es muy común que no funcionen. A pesar de estar en pleno centro de Coyoacán, nunca dan servicio a nivel del lugar en el que se encuentran (muuuy turístico).
Si tienen oportunidad, no vayan.
Of the worst banks and just the worst branch. They attend when they want and "take their time" for everything in a very rude way. According to their hours it is from 9am, but they open even after 9:30. In these "times of pandemic" they supposedly only have two boxes open, but that has always been the case, they never have more than two boxes running.
Furthermore, the worst of the worst is that their ATMs are not open on Saturdays and Sundays, they are only open when the branch is open. And to top it all, when their ATMs are open it is very common that they do not work. Despite being in the heart of Coyoacán, they never provide service at the level of the place where they are (sooo touristy).
If you have a chance, don't go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal bancaria que he conocido. A pesar de estar en el corazon de un lugar turistico, a pesar de dar soporte a todas las transacciones de los empleados de la alcaldía coyoacan, solo tienen un cajero y siempre estan faltos de personal con solo una ventanilla abierta.
Son groseros y siempre tienen una fila de por lo menos una hora para ser atendido
The worst bank branch I have ever known. Despite being in the heart of a tourist place, despite supporting all the transactions of the employees of the Coyoacan mayor's office, they only have one ATM and are always understaffed with only one window open.
They are rude and always have a line of at least an hour to be attended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomiendo evitar esta sucursal porque el servicio es muy malo, he intentado en varias ocasiones solucionar un sencillo problema con la aplicación y me mandaron a la sucursal titular cuando no era necesario hacerlo. Al parecer lo menos que quieren es atender a las personas.
I recommend avoiding this branch because the service is very bad, I have tried several times to solve a simple problem with the application and they sent me to the owner branch when it was not necessary to do so. Apparently the least they want is to serve people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomiendo evitar esta sucursal, solo hay un persona en ventanilla, los ejecutivos nos están capacitados, la de la entrada se nota que odia su trabajo y las instalaciones son horrendas. Es preferible ir a cualquier otra sucursal.
I recommend avoiding this branch, there is only one person at the window, the executives are not trained, the one at the entrance hates her job and the facilities are horrendous. It is preferable to go to any other branch.
