★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni contestan el teléfono y hasta se burlan de uno. Tuve que ir por qué ocupaba algo de ellos. No estaba listo y después me dan una tarjetita y me dicen hay está el teléfono y les digo, pero ni contestan. Y me dicen si contestamos hasta viene número de extensión y de todos modos ni contestaron. El servicio se ve bueno, pero para que quieren teléfono si ni contestan.
They don't even answer the phone and even make fun of you. I had to go because I was occupying something of them. I wasn't ready and then they give me a little card and they tell me there's the phone and I tell them, but they don't even answer. And they tell me if we answer until the extension number comes and they didn't even answer anyway. The service looks good, but why do they want a phone if they don't answer?

Después de esperar una hora haciendo fila para entrar a la surcursal, le dije al ejecutivo que da los turnos que necesitaba abrir un folio y que solo puede hacer eso la Sub-directora, pues me dio un turno para esperar ser atendida por un ejecutivo. Solo estaba él y otro "atendiendo" estaban viendo su celular, y tardaron más de 30 min en nombrar al primer cliente, volví a preguntar por la sub-directora porque no estaba atendiendo y me dijeron que ahorita salía, total que una hora y 10 min más me dijeron que se iba a tardar otros 20 min más en poder atender gente. Cómo porque la única persona que puede abrir folios no esta atendiendo? Porqué si desde un principio les dije que era ella quien podía realizar mi trámite no me dijeron que no iba a atender hasta después de hora y media?. Y no es la única sucursal que tiene tan mal servicio, en general SANTANDER es el peor banco con he conocido.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. How because the only person who can open pages is not attending? Why if from the beginning I told them that she was the one who could carry out my procedure, they did not tell me that I was not going to attend until after an hour and a half? And it is not the only branch that has such bad service, in general SANTANDER is the worst bank I have ever met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un asco tardan horas y esta solo el banco, el personal atiende de mal modo como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor su cajero se comió mi dinero y tengo una semana queriendo recuperarlo y no dan respuesta
