★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca te quieren atender si ya son las 3:00 y el horario de la página dice que el cierre es las 4:00, la señora que te recibe es súper cínica y muy grosera, cero amable, parece que no le gusta su trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, siempre tienen problemas los cajeros automaticos, no les dan mantenimiento y pasan mucho tiempo sin funcionar. Ejecutivos y personal con terrible atención, no solucionan los problemas que ni ellos mismos crean, lentos y tardados en todos los aspectos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos te atienden bien, pero la cajera gorda con el cabello teñido de güero es super sangrona, saludas y no te contesta y hasta parece que te atiende de mala gana. Que pena que tengan personal así.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que va uno a hacer pagos nada mas pagos se encuentra uno con una larga fila esto es siempre, minimo es perder tus 2 hrs. Y si vas con un ejecutivo es perder tu dia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una de las mejores experiencias si buscas perder tu tiempo y que no te solucionen nada por días al borde de arder en rabia por la ineptitud e incompetencia por parte de este banco, no se les puede pedir nada porqué eso hacen, nada, si buscan un banco de verdad hay mejores opciones, Banamex, BBVA etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal de Santander, pura perdida de tiempo, elitistas, mala carientos, te hacen eseperar horas! Y al parecer no les gusta su trabajo porque para sacar una cuenta básica no pudieron, para todo me sacaban algún pero, para que al final me dijeran que no podían, poooor? Como un banco no va a poder proporcionarte la tarjeta más básica que manejan??? No entiendo. 4 horas tiradas a la basura. Pésimo servicio al cliente y pésimo en cualquier cosa que quieras hacer en esa sucursal.
The worst branch in Santander, pure waste of time, elitist, bad-tempered, they make you wait for hours! And it seems that they don't like their job because they couldn't get a basic account, for everything they took some from me but, so that in the end they told me they couldn't, woooow? How is a bank not going to be able to provide you with the most basic card they handle??? I don't understand. 4 hours thrown away. Lousy customer service and lousy at anything you want to do at that branch.
