★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia que he tenido en un banco ha sido con este. Primero que nada, solicité una tarjeta que debía llegarme en 10 días supuestamente, fui en 2 ocasiones y me seguía diciendo que todavía no llegaba. La tercera vez que fui me dijo el joven que había solicitado que me la enviaran a mi domicilio y que me habían intentado entregar desde el 10 de mayo y no hubo nadie para recibirla. Me dieron un número de folio para que me hicieran una reposición express, tardé 1 hora en esperar mi turno y que me atendieran y que la señorita que diera dicha tarjeta, ella muy segura me dijo que con esa tarjeta/cuenta no podría sobrepasar los depósitos de no más de $7500.00 MXN y que no se podía hacer más. Llamé al centro de atención del mismo banco y la ejecutiva me indicó que esa información era totalmente errónea.
Entonces, si no tienen personal capacitado y que les estén dando información errónea, les sugiero que mejor no estén abriendo la boca si no saben y si no saben, que mejor pregunten y se informen. Ahora con toda esta situación, tuve que solicitar a mi empleador que me realice otro trámite para poder recibir mi nómina, porque la señorita quien estaba en el cubículo que tenía rotulado en el cristal "JEFE" tuvo la osadía que escupir información que ni siquiera se acercaba a la real. ¡INCOMPETENTES!
 The worst experience I've ever had in a bank was with this one. First of all, I requested a card that was supposed to arrive in 10 days, I went twice and it kept telling me that it still hadn't arrived. The third time I went, the young man told me that he had asked for it to be sent to my home and that they had tried to deliver it to me since May 10 and there was no one to receive it. They gave me a folio number to make an express replenishment, it took me 1 hour to wait for my turn and they attended me and the lady who gave said card, she very sure told me that with that card/account I could not exceed the deposits of no more than $7500.00 MXN and that more could not be done. I called the service center of the same bank and the executive told me that this information was totally wrong.
So, if you don't have trained personnel and they are giving you wrong information, I suggest you better not open your mouth if you don't know and if you don't know, you better ask and get informed. Now with all this situation, I had to ask my employer to carry out another procedure for me to receive my salary, because the lady who was in the cubicle that had "BOSS" labeled on the glass had the audacity to spit out information that was not even was close to the real one. INCOMPETENT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal de banco del planeta. SIEMPRE están cortos de personal, tienen a 2 ejecutivos para realizar todos los trámites y abrir una cuenta me llevó más de 5 horas!!!!!!!!! Formada desde las 8 am para ser de las primeras en entrar y ya había fila. Me atendieron casi a las 12 del día y formada desde las 8am.
SIEMPRE hay filas enormes de gente fuera del banco, bajo el sol. Patético servicio y tiempos de espera. Deberían tener mas personal para atender la demanda de clientes que tienen.
The worst bank branch on the planet. They are ALWAYS short staffed, they have 2 executives to do all the paperwork and opening an account took me over 5 hours!!!!!!!!! Lined up from 8 am to be among the first to enter and there was already a line. They attended me almost at 12 noon and formed from 8am.
There are ALWAYS huge lines of people outside the bank, in the sun. Pathetic service and waiting times. They should have more staff to meet the demand of customers they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say anything other than their ATMs worked well for me every single time. I don’t know anything about their business, and have never dealt with their staff. However, after comparing different ATM fees in town, it appears that Santander has the best prices available: I pay 34,80 pesos for the use of their ATM. However, NEVER (!!!) USE THEIR EXCHANGE RATE to your own currency but rather withdraw in MXN all the time. This is a total rip-off and common practice of ALL (!!!) banks, so nothing that relates to Santander...
