Pésima atención, de 5 espacios para ejecutivos de atención al cliente, solo atiende uno, nunca está el gerente y no hay ni con quien poner una queja, la peor sucursal de Cancún POR MUCHO. no vengan.

mucha espera terrible atención a clientes, cuando le comente al gerente que es lunes y que hay mucha gente esperando para pasar, todos tenemos trabajo. solo me ignoro y dijo que no podia poner a mas de una persona a atender.

Pésimo servicio, tardas más de 2 horas en espera por falta de ejecutivos en la sucursal y lo único que te dicen es que esperes, dan preferencia a gente conocida (llegó un cliente frecuente diciendo si la recibían saltándose la fila de espera) y preferencia a gente dueñas de empresas viéndose el trato diferenciarse por un estatus social.
Terrible service, it takes more than 2 hours to wait due to lack of executives in the branch and all they tell you is to wait, they give preference to known people (a frequent customer arrived saying if they received it by skipping the waiting line) and preference to people who own companies seeing the treatment differentiated by a social status.

La peor experiencia en un banco NO abran cuenta en HSBC, está sucursal además de incompetente, les importa más comer que hacer su trabajo Alicia Alcocer Carrillo y la ejecutiva Alejandra No hicieron nada por solucionar el problema, al contrario me trajeron un problema y eso desencadenó 6 horas perdidas, muchas llamadas y enojos 3 veces ir a la sucursal El gerente Ariel Alcalá de la sucursal demostró su falta de liderazgo y atención al cliente en donde él como líder es el ejemplo de ellas y arruinaron mi día. Y todavía tuvo el descaro de preguntarme si quería esperarme 1 hora para que terminara de comer Alicia Mediocridad al por mayor! Sálvense de está mala experiencia Hay mejores bancos

La peor experiencia de banco en México, tanto en sucursales como vía telefónica. Por favor cualquier otro banco es mejor que este. No abran cuenta en HSBC.

Pésimo servicio ,esperaba mas de una hora ,no están organizados ,luego vienes por un trámite que te obliga el banco para una actualización y aparte de bloquea tu banca porque se le pega la gana y esperas demasiado,horrible bancó

Debes estar preparado para estar más de dos horas ahí, y posiblemente no te den solución a lo que vayas a hacer y te digan “Una disculpa, Vuelva mañana si quiere”
