★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Atención lenta y deficiente, y actualmente con la pandemia peor. Entiendo que hay menos personal, pero con o sin restricciones la atención es muy mala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tarda uno literalmente horas para que lo atienda un ejecutivo. Las ventanillas solo suelen tener a dos personas atendiendo y la espera normal es de mínimo 30 minutos. Un desperdicio de tiempo. Sus pantallas con temas repetidos solo empeoran las cosas
It takes one literally hours for an executive to attend. The windows usually only have two people attending and the normal wait is a minimum of 30 minutes. A waste of time. Their screens with repeated themes only make things worse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agradó el servicio, fue rápido. Organizan con un ejecutivo las entradas y cuidan sana distancia, tienen gel antibacterial y el personal de cajas fue amable y asesoró de buena manera.Tardé menos de 15 minutos en hacer mis dos trámites.
I liked the service, it was fast. They organize tickets with an executive and take care of healthy distance, they have antibacterial gel and the checkout staff was friendly and advised in a good way. It took me less than 15 minutes to do my two procedures.

I spent two hours waiting to advance two shifts, with four executives on shift, and three with empty desks. It is not obvious that they care. Give courage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes de tres a cuatro horas para que te "atiendan" ven, dos ejecutivos que solo quieren atender a quienes abren cuenta, el resto venimos a desbloquear cuenta, ni idea por qué el banco deja ingresar dinero y lo retiene a su antojo. Sucursal en buena zona, pero sin personal bien capacitado. Te recomiendo ir a otra sucursal si tienes la desgracia de tener cuenta con Santander, sino huye.
If you have three to four hours to be "served" come, two executives who only want to serve those who open an account, the rest of us come to unlock an account, no idea why the bank allows money to be deposited and retains it at will.
