Tardan casi media hora en servir alitas (que son minúsculas y están tiesas), una hamburguesa 30 minutos y 45 minutos aproximadamente para unas costillas bbq (que resultaron ser 3 piezas minúsculas y tiesas también, siendo que en el menú indican que son 350gr). Las costillitas la pedí pensando en que por lo menos estarían jugosas y ricas por los $160 que cuesta el platillo... Cabe mencionar que solo había otras dos mesas aparte de la nuestra, por aquello de los tiempos de preparación. Al traerme la cuenta, incluyen "propina sugerida" ganas dan de no dejar ni un peso... No vuelvo a esta sucursal y mucho menos me paro en alguna otra de la marca al saber que no hay supervisión y control de nada. I thought that being a franchise they handled quality and service standards and they disappointed me greatly. They take almost half an hour to serve wings (which are tiny and stiff), a hamburger 30 minutes and approximately 45 minutes for some bbq ribs (which turned out to be 3 tiny and stiff pieces too, being that on the menu they indicate that they are 350g). I ordered the ribs thinking that at least they would be juicy and delicious for the $ 160 that the dish costs ... It is worth mentioning that there were only two other tables apart from ours, due to the preparation times. When they bring me the bill, they include a "suggested tip", they want to not leave a single peso ... I do not return to this branch, much less stop at any other of the brand knowing that there is no supervision and control of anything.

Las segundas estaban medio secas. La hamburguesa estaba muy buena. Las chicas súper amables. It is a very good and cheap option to hang out. The first wings we ordered were super good and with enough sauce to smear the wings. The latter were half dry. The burger was very good. The super friendly girls.
