★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried plenty of things in Talum, but this was by far the best. No bad choice in the menu. Try the sweet corn with habanero butter. Staff is pleasant, ambiance was great, and the music was fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXQUISITE! It’s the third time I come to have dinner at Santo Chancho. I eat “light” so I kindly asked the waiter for the meat with less “fat”. The waiter went to ask the chef and brought me brisket ? and a “portobello mushroom salad”. I don’t lie. It’s been a long time since I ate so incredibly delicious. The brisket is so good, and so is the salad, the flavor was absolutely wonderful. COME TRY IT. Plus my friends from Caribbean Vodoo put on the best show in Town!
