A few days ago I had my appointment with doctor Alejandro Peña gynecologist and doctor VERY RUDE and bad SPOKEN He sent me to do some tests of which he told me not to perform them in that hospital since those tests were not useful for the good Samaritan to go to the medical center ... to ask for a consultation with the gynecologist who is the same and that he will pay there 250 from the consultation but before that I had to go to the pharmacy to buy a mirror for the analysis and already being with him in the consultation that he will give him the mirror and 750 pesos that would cost me the study of course those 750 pesos will be give them to him in the hand and that it was exact because he would not wear fair. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THAT DOCTOR the man is very ordinary. To treat I have to mention that before that experience I consulted with Dr. Aida and excellent treatment, my son was born right there, all very well, but that Dr. Alejandro Peña de la mora is a very, very bad experience ... cost of that analysis (150 pesos in any clinic )

I do not recommend this hospital, the truth is, it is just a money launderer with horrible mistreatment, the place, and very bad facilities, the doctors are very despotic and did not treat patients well, better look for a better place here, they will not serve you well.

The receptionists are very unfriendly, they lack the spirit of service, prices have increased in this year 2021, the nurses are very friendly and the doctors are very professional. It would be necessary to disinfect the clinics as patients enter and leave.

Whenever I go I am served very well, I have gone on different days of the week and different schedules (their costs vary) it is more expensive to go on Saturday or Sunday. But it's worth it, they treat you very well.

I left very upset yesterday, since they tried to charge me 2% for payment by card, according to their policies, when PROFECO has clarified that it is completely illegal for any establishment to charge a commission for buying with a card, I already submitted my complaint and do not let them charge any additional percentage to what they charge for their services, better go to another institution if you intend to pay with a card

Terrible treatment of the ladies who are charging, they have worse treatment than in the IMSS frankly I do not recommend, you ask for an invoice and they do not send it to you and you call them on the phone and they get upset, they should change those people who have a face all the time they had a lousy day Previously there were good doctors the last time I went I had a bad experience, I am going to change clinics

I do not recommend this hospital at all, lousy service they are not humane at all they see the peso sign and take advantage of the circumstance you are going through they tell you a price you accept it and the next hour they double the price my mother was terminally ill and we were deceived, they wanted to charge 15,000 pesos a day but we were never told that amount, so we took her out of the hospital and unfortunately the catheter they had put in her pierced her lung and when we took her out they did not want to give us a report for the other hospital, when the ambulance arrived to make the transfer, everyone hid there was only one nurse who didn't even know what was happening, the internist was very rude, despotic and unprofessional, I tell you this so that you think twice before going to stop to this hospital ?
