- Casi llegó tarde porque el chalán que tenían afuera bloqueaba el estacionamiento porque estaba lleno
-Cobran por estacionamiento (el gobierno debería pagar eso!)
-Tramites lentos y agentes arrogantes e inútiles.
Es una vergüenza venir al SAT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy estrictos con los horarios de las citas, si llegas más de 10 minutos tarde tienes que reagendar. Hay que tomar el tiempo necesario para llegar y mínimo 20 minutos extras por el estacionamiento, ya que hay que esperar para que se libere espacio y poder estacionarse, me comentaron que mucha gente llega tarde por esto. Fuera de eso la atención es muy amable y los trámites son relativamente rápidos, al menos el de la firma electrónica.
They are very strict with appointment times, if you are more than 10 minutes late you have to reschedule. You have to take the necessary time to get there and at least 20 extra minutes for the parking, since you have to wait for space to be freed and you can park, they told me that many people are late for this. Outside of that, the attention is very friendly and the procedures are relatively fast, at least that of the electronic signature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a renovar La FIEL, el proceso e muy rápido la atención esta muy sistematizada. Esta sucursal contrario a otras parece ser más ágil en el manejo de la gente. Cuenta con estacionamiento que solo acepta pago en efectivo y cuesta $ 17 la hora. Recomiendo sacar tu cita en los horarios de comida, parece que hay menor flujo de gente en esos horarios.
I went to renew The FAITHFUL, the process and very fast attention is very systematized. This branch contrary to others seems to be more agile in the management of people. It has parking that only accepts cash payment and costs $ 17 an hour. I recommend taking your appointment at meal times, it seems that there is less flow of people at those times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los chicos del servicio social son muy amables y resolvieron las dudas además de que me sugirieron como hacer mi cita de forma digital con idSAT. Recomendable NO traer coche porque el estacionamiento es muy reducido.
The guys from the social service are very kind and they answered my doubts as well as suggested how to make my appointment digitally with idSAT. It is recommended NOT to bring a car because parking is very limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi peor experiencia de lejos. Me atendió una señora que fue extremadamente grosera, me levantó la voz y no me dejó ni hablar. Me trató de tonta y me hizo esperar de adrede 2 hrs. En fin, no me atendieron, no me solucionaron y me hicieron perder el tiempo. Se llevaron mi credencial, pedí varias veces por ella para retirarme y del sitio y se hizo la loca.
Terrible servicio.
My worst experience by far. I was served by a lady who was extremely rude, raised her voice at me and wouldn't even let me speak. He treated me like a fool and made me wait for 2 hours on purpose. In short, they did not attend to me, they did not solve me and they made me waste my time. They took my credential, I asked several times for her to leave and leave the site and she acted crazy.
Terrible service.

El lugar con estacionamiento propio por lo cual puedes dejar tu vehículo dentro de las instalaciones y caminar muy poco. Solo debes de tener contemplado que el estacionamiento tiene un costo de $17 pesos mexicanos por hora o fracción.
