Para ser una institución gubernamental te atienden rápido, la entrega de la credencial no dura más de una semana y de igual manera solo llevas la hoja de que te dan y no te demoras nada. Dentro de las instalaciones si hay reducción de afloró de personas se pide que no vengan con acompañantes a menos que lo requiera por asistencia y en caso de necesitar testigos estos tienen que esperar afuera. Ojo, si van sin cita tienen que llegar temprano porque solo hay 20 lugares para las personas sin cita, si llegan y se acaban tienen que regresar otro dia. De lo demás la atención es muy buena, todo bien explicado y rápido el proceso. Me parece buena acción que le den prioridad a los adultos mayores y embarazadas. The module is small and there is not enough space for all the people inside, they have to line up outside. Be careful, if you go without an appointment you have to arrive early because there are only 20 places for people without an appointment, if they arrive and they run out they have to come back another day. Other than that, the attention is very good, everything is well explained and the process is fast. I think it's a good deed that they give priority to older adults and pregnant women.
