★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui con cita a tramitar firma electrónica, me sorprendió que la cita la conseguí desde la página a los pocos días no como en la torre del caballito en reforma que se tardan meses en darte una, aquí me atendieron todas las personas muy muy amables y en menos de 15 minutos salí con mi trámite listo, sigan así, un servicio excelente.
Como identificación cabe aclarar que sólo se acepta INE, pasaporte, cédula profesional con foto, en la oficina de reforma me rechazaron la cartilla militar esa no la cuentan como identificación.

As identification, it should be clarified that only INE, passport, professional ID with photo are accepted, in the reform office they rejected the military card that they do not count as identification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve cita programada el 10 de Febrero 2022, supongo que debido a la pandemia, los trámites se han visto afectados.
Mi cita era a las 12:30, tienes que preguntar para saber en dónde te debes formar, hacen filas por horarios. Entré al edificio pasada la 1pm y adentro hay que seguir haciendo fila, pasas con las recepcionistas que te checan la información y qué trámite harás, te dan indicaciones de hacia donde debes dirigirte.
Yo fui para tramitar mi e.firma, te dan un turno y tienes que estar pendiente cuando te toque pasar, ya estando con las personas que hacen los trámites es bastante rápido, pero la espera es larguísima, salí de allí a las 2:45pm
Lleven siempre los documentos que les indican y no pierdan de vista sus papeles, ví a varios que se les caían las INES principalmente. Les recomiendo también llegar aunque sea 15 minutos antes, yo llegué 30 minutos antes y fui la segunda de mi horario en pasar, pero éramos como 35 personas citadas a las 12:30 más todos los que estaban en horarios anteriores.

Always carry the documents that they indicate and do not lose sight of your papers, I saw several that they dropped the INES mainly. I also recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes early, I arrived 30 minutes early and I was the second on my schedule to go through, but we were like 35 people scheduled at 12:30 plus all those who were at earlier times.

Fui a tramitar una constancia de mi RFC y el trámite fue muy rápido , no tarde mas de 15 minutos.
