★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food and awesome FREE circus performances every Sunday night. Their circus classes are a little disorganised (who would have thought it?!) but a lot of fun, extremely professional, accessible to all and jaw-droppings affordable. A sight to behold..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a joke to call this dump a hotel. First of all, the sanitations in our room were extremely dirty, room service was not even a word in here. The fen that was hanging from the ceiling didn't work properly so you have to sleep in a damp and hot room if you don't want to get torn apart by mosquitos. All in all, the hostel owners were really not interested in being helpful at all. To top it all, the owners wife came to us half an hour before check out time and told us, that they would raise the prices from 500 for a double bed room to 1300 Pesos a night, because it was weekend. So if we didn't want to pay the price, we would have to check out within the next 30 Minutes. Wouldn't stay here at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic but complete family owned hotel offering private rooms with or without bathroom, some with ocean view. All rooms are clean and have a fan. The hotel is right on the beach and has a decent affordabe restaurant and bar. One of the hotels with the best value for money if you want to be right on the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is nice and the rooms are ok. It's a decent deal for a hotel right on the beach. The key didn't work to open the door and my girlfriend actually had to climb out of the window to go to the bathroom. If you have no other options and want to stay right on the beach affordably, I guess this place is ok.

I had a room with private bathroom. It was ok but when the sun is raising the light might wake you up, so no black out.
Even when silence is asked after ceratin hours, nobody controls that.
Your room is not cleaned by defect, you have to ask.
Nobody ask you if you need anything or if everything is fine. Maybe is the norm in the area.
The staff is friendly though, as mostly in Mexico.

The hotel has direct access to the beach, and also is in the middle of the main and fun street of Zipolite.
The room, bathroom and showers was always clean. And we had clean towels in the room.
All in all great time. ?
