★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo trato, cancele todas mis tarjetas gracias a que no cumplieron con lo prometido, quedaron en mandarme mi tarjeta nueva a la sucursal que elegirá en Monterrey junto con mi adicional y la mandaron a la ciudad de Puebla, de nada me sirvió cambiar domicilio y actualizar mis datos si terminaron haciendo lo que quisieron y por más que levante el reporte 3 veces y me dieron códigos para checar y corroborar la información continuaron enviandola a la Ciudad de Puebla y para colmo los de atención a clientes salen con que nunca levantarse el reporte y hacen caso omiso a los folios que ellos mismos te dan, pesimos servicio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esto va para el director de scotiabank como permites que entre tus empleados haya tanta gente que no quiere hacer su trabajo es el unico banco de verdad en el que te hacen esperar horas y horas para no resolver nada 2 de tus empleados de esta sucursal despotas y no quieren hacer su trabajo, primero prefieren hecharse su cafesito y luego atender al cliente si no quieres seguir perdiendo clientes haz algo!!! No puede ser que siga pasando esto en esta y varias sucursales de tu banco no les importa el tiempo y el dinero de la gente hasta parece que se burlan del tiempo de uno ya basta!! Y para la gente que piense contratar con ellos solamente vean las reseñas para que vean hasta ahora que tan mal banco es este urge un verdadero cambio y un presidente a cargo que meta a todos los empleados que estan mal en cintura o que cambie su plantilla de empleados!!!! Lastima de remodelacion del edificio deberian remodelar su sistema hasta ahora nefasto!

Mala calidad de trabajo, maltrato a su empleados, y NO PAGAN( NOE GRANADOS) ... además de los mencionados arriba, negocian el material y lo venden al mejor postor...
