Muy mal servicio por parte del personal, el día que fui le entregaron una tarjeta de débito a una persona que no era. Yo fui a solicitar una tarjeta y me dieron la solicitud para que la llenara en mi casa y la llevara al otro día para entregarla qué banco hace eso!

Maltrato al cliente me sacaron con los marinos la recepcionista Evangelina me hizo esperar cerca de una hora y ya cuando Iban a dar las 4 me dice que no me va atender da un mal servicio tengo un dinero en inversiones retenido y hasta la fecha no me lo quieren devolver llame a México y me dicen que eso me lo tienen que resolver en sucursal y solo me hace dar vueltas y vueltas hoy me dijo que no me iva atender llamo ala marina y me sacaron como un criminal como si fuera a robar cuando solo estoy pidiendo que me regresen mi dinero intenté llamar ala une para reportar que no me quería atender y se puso muy pesada y me sacaron llamaron a seguridad pública y alos marinos y pase un muy mal rato .

Pésimo servicio, es un desorden no tienen una libreta donde el cliente se apunte para esperar su turno. La reseccionista elige cual pasa primero. Este banco deja mucho que desear trámite una tarjeta garantizada y siempre tenía cobros no reconocidos siempre tenía que ablar a México y después tenía que ir a la sucursal cosa que nunca se encontraban los ejecutivos siempre según estaban comiendo Mejor decidi cancelarla para que me devolvieran mi dinero y me han puesto muchas trabas, cuando liquide la tarjeta me dijeron que tenía que esperar 48 horas para que se reflejará el pago, después llame a México para cancelarla y dijeron que tenía que ir a sucursal después que voy a la sucursal me dicen que tengo que esperar otras 48 horas para que lla me devolvieran mi dinero,e dijeron que lla no fuera a la sucursal que ellos me ablarian bueno pos espere más 48 horas y como no me hablaron tuve que volver a ir a la sucursal y resulta que no me pueden dar mi dinero porque tengo 2.00 pesos a favor y porque cajajo no me llamaron y me dijeron eso. Osea que si me hubiera esperado asta que ellos me hablara y hubiera pasado un mes cuando fuera a la sucursal me iban a salir con esto de los 2.00 pesos a favor, bueno lo bueno es que fui y aora según levantaron un trámite donde yo renunciaba a los 2 pesos y es la hora de que todavía no me dan respuesta. Así que ojo si van a hacer una inversión en este banco
