★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Me tuvieron ahí 40 minutos esperando y el señor que abre las cuentas nunca me dijo que no hubiera sistema, él sabía que yo iba por apertura de cuenta y aún así me hizo esperar.
 Bad attention. They had me there for 40 minutes waiting and the man who opened the accounts never told me that there was no system, he knew that I was going to open an account and he still made me wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio por teléfono NO es amigable con el usuario. Las aclaraciones sobre los seguros de autos no las resuelve la sucursal de mi estado, y el teléfono que proveen para dichas aclaraciones, es un teléfono privado familiar!!!! Primera y única vez que hago negocios con este banco...
Your service by phone is NOT friendly to the user. The clarifications on car insurance are not resolved by the branch of my state, and the phone they provide for these clarifications, is a private family phone! First and only time I do business with this bank ...

Comentarios generales: Todos son muy amables. Yo solo voy a pagar cuentas. La administradora es sorprendente, ya que solo la había tratado una vez, y luego de 1 mes que volví se seguía acordando de mi. Muy amable ademas. Nada mas que me a tocado como en 2 ocasiones, que voy sábados y están cerrados. Me hubiera gustado enterarme de alguna manera... Saludos!

General comments: Everyone is very friendly. I'm just going to pay bills. The administrator is surprising, since I had only treated her once, and after 1 month I returned she kept remembering me. Very nice too. Nothing more than touched me as on 2 occasions, I go Saturdays and are closed. I would have liked to find out somehow ... Greetings!

Las dos cajeras tonteando hasta que se les acúmulo la gente hasta la salida de la sucursal y dando la vuelta, cuando tuvieron tiempo de atender para que la gente no se les juntara. La gerente para atender a una sola persona se demoró lo que la otra ejecutiva en atender a tres!!! Solo quería un estado de cuenta para poder depositar pero llegas a la caja y oh sorpresa! No manejan terminal!!! Solo puedes hacer depósitos en efectivos o si manejas tarjeta de su banco! Es increíble ya que en todos los bancos que conozco (Bancomer, Banamex, Banorte) tienen para que hagas pagos con terminal en las cajas. La verdad que no me esperaba tan pésimo servicio. Ah pero eso si el pago se vence el 19 y me empezaron a llamar desde el día 11. Ahora entiendo porque hay tan pésimas reseñas de este banco.
Terrible service! The two cashiers fooling around until the people gathered until they left the branch and turning around, when they had time to attend so that people did not join them. The manager to serve a single person took what the other executive took to serve three !!! I just wanted an account statement to be able to deposit but you arrive at the checkout and oh surprise! They do not handle terminal !!! You can only make deposits in cash or if you use your bank card! It is incredible since in all the banks I know (Bancomer, Banamex, Banorte) they have to make payments with a terminal at the cashiers. The truth is that I did not expect such terrible service. Ah, but that's if the payment is due on the 19th and they started calling me from the 11th. Now I understand why there are such bad reviews of this bank.

The attention is terrible, they let people go to the cashier without training and if you say something to them the cashiers get angry and murmur
