Ojalá pudieran atención a ese detalle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención dejó mucho que desear. Para proporcionarme un nip en ventanillas y regresar con el ejecutivo que me estaba atendiendo, en ventanillas se tardaron mucho y había 3 personas, me pasaban de una a otra, hasta la misma chica (ejecutivo) me preguntó porqué tarde tanto en ventanillas?
The attention left a lot to be desired. El teléfono del centro de atención telefónica no contestan, se tarda uno demasiado tiempo y no contestan.
En las demás sucursales no dan información y le cuelgan a uno el teléfono. Lo mismo sucede con el de la Unidad Especializada de Atención.
Esto es verdaderamente pésimo.
Lo pero es que no se puede uno comunicar con la sucursal de granjas México de la CdMx.

The call center phone does not answer, it takes too long and they do not answer.
In the other branches they do not give information and they hang up the phone on you. The same happens with the Specialized Care Unit.
This is really lousy.
The only thing is that you cannot communicate with the Mexico farm branch of the CdMx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De 4 estancias de ejecutivos de cuenta, solo 1 esta trabajando, se las va el internet, sus computadoras viejas a veces no sirven y su sistema peor y aunque saben que tienen gente les vale, MALÍSIMO.
Of 4 stays of account executives, only 1 is working, the internet is going away, their old computers sometimes do not work and their system worse and although they know they have people they are worth it, BAD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los único dos ejecutivos que hay en la sucursal , dan muy buen trato, pero son insuficientes para tanta gente que van, y solo hay un solo cajero automático... Ojalá pudieran poner más cajeros , somos muchos empleados los que cobramos en esa sucursal... Y es insuficiente....
