★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado al abrir una cuenta, te meten seguros "obligatorios" que tienes que mantener mínimo 3 meses. Sin saber que no pueden obligarte a tener un seguro, acepte. El primer mes me hicieron doble cargo del seguro, pedí lo cancelaran porque en la póliza (que fui a recoger un mes después, porque nunca me la hicieron llegar) no venía estipulada la obligatoriedad de mantenerlo por 3 meses, se negaron, la ejecutiva Andrea Sánchez, siguió insistiendo que era obligatorio. Al final, malas prácticas por cubrir cuotas de venta, ya con mi póliza en mano, llame directamente a la aseguradora, sin problema me la cancelaron.
Hay si acaso 1 o 2 ejecutivos, siempre tienes que esperar horas para que te atiendan. Su servicio y profesionalismo deja mucho que desear. Sin duda me cambiaré de banco.
OJO: NO LOS PUEDEN OBLIGAR A TENER UN SEGURO EN LA APERTURA DE CUENTA, SON PRODUCTOS TOTALMENTE DIFERENTES.
Be careful when opening an account, they put "mandatory" insurance that you have to keep at least 3 months. Not knowing that they can't force you to have insurance, accept. The first month they made me double the insurance charge, I asked to cancel it because the policy (which I went to pick up a month later, because they never sent it to me) did not stipulate the obligation to keep it for 3 months, they refused, the executive Andrea Sánchez continued to insist that it was mandatory. In the end, bad practices to cover sales quotas, already with my policy in hand, I called the insurance company directly, without problem they canceled it.
There are in case 1 or 2 executives, you always have to wait hours for them to attend you. Their service and professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. I will definitely change banks.
NOTE: THEY CANNOT BE OBLIGED TO HAVE INSURANCE ON THE OPENING OF THE ACCOUNT, THEY ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRODUCTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor error haber abierto una cuenta en este infierno de sucursal,me engañaron que el seguro era obligatorio y por 3 meses para poder abrir una cuenta. Ahora no me puedo deshacer de Chubb. No hay lugares para discapacidad o embarazadas, llegue habia una cola de espera para pasar con los "ejecutivos de cuenta", por cierto siempre lebtos, lleno de gentey sin asientos para esperar para una mujer embarazada de 8 meses. Se pidió una silla extra para la señora embarazada y una ejecutiva de cuenta de pelo rizado largo respondió fria y prepotentemente que hay las sillas y asientos que hay y punto y no hay más. Evitense pesadillas innecesarias en este banco y en esta sucursal sobre todo, que todo funciona como si fuera 1980.
