1 cashier attending. The manager behaved rudely with a lady asked why only one person attending. Row more than 1 hour to pay different bills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquí mi tienen desde hace 17 minutos con todos sus ejecutivos en telefono ocupados, porque los de la sucursal son unos inútiles. No recomiendo este banco. Evitenlo para ahorrarse problemas y perdida de tiempo.
Here I have been busy for 17 minutes with all their executives on the phone, because those at the branch are useless. I do not recommend this bank. Avoid it to save yourself trouble and waste of time.
