★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal servicio. Fui a realizar un giro de mi cuenta empresarial y ni se molestaron a atenderme. Me dijeron que tenia que ir a monterrey para que me atiendan. Cuando llamé a mi sucursal en Monterrey me dijeron que fuera a otra sucursal pq claro que me pudieron haber ayudado. Que era simplemente falta de ganas de ayudarme.
Super bad service. I went to make a transfer of my business account and they didn't even bother to attend to me. They told me that I had to go to Monterrey to be attended to. When I called my branch in Monterrey they told me to go to another branch because of course they could have helped me. That it was simply a lack of desire to help me.
