Super slow customer service, we are 7 people waiting for 1 hour and a half and only 1 of the 3 ladies is attending, whenever I come it is the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que no hay gente el servicio de las ejecutivas es pésimo, te piden que te anotes en una lista para ser atendido, pero si llega algún "amigo" de ellas lo pasan antes, sin respetar el orden de la lista, en especial YULIANA.
Tiene a la gente esperando HORAS!!
Línea de cajas bien.
Although there are no people, the service of the executives is terrible, they ask you to sign up on a list to be attended, but if a "friend" of them arrives, they pass it before, without respecting the order of the list, especially YULIANA.
Has people waiting HOURS !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve a punto de no ir a esta sucursal por los malos comentarios, pero que bueno que no me dejé llevar por estos. Fui el día martes como a la 1:30, el servicio fue excelente, me atendieron muy rápido y las señoritas de ventanilla muy amables. Además no había casi nada de gente.
I was about to not go to this branch because of the bad comments, but it was good that I did not get carried away by them. I went on Tuesday around 1:30, the service was excellent, they attended me very quickly and the ladies at the window were very friendly. Besides, there were hardly any people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio malísimo tengo desde las 11 am en la sucursal dijeron no tener sistema ya se cuenta con sistema y solo pasan personas conocidas a los ejecutivos llevo 3 más de 4 horas en la sucursal y aún no soy atendida
Very bad service I have had since 11 am at the branch they said they don't have a system they already have a system and only known people pass the executives I've been at the branch for 3 more than 4 hours and I still haven't been attended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service there is simply awful, if you are waiting in line to deposit or pay is fine, but takes a hell of a lot of time to make something that easy as opening an account, expect to waste 1 or 2 hours for basically everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Customer support hangs up on you on purpose and if you physically go to the bank, they will make you wait 1-2 hours. I've experienced this several times. They also have a terrible attitude.
