A very reliable tour agency. Also better prices than the "Tour salesmen" (hey guys) in the street or at la Mega.

This place is fantastic - by far the best tour location in the pvr area. No games or extra fees. Honest and reliable. We have been visiting the area for the past 15 years.

I really was excited for this comapny and our day excursion, girls trip this was going to be the highlight. We got our info in the morning and was originally told 900 pesos each for the day . Later on we (5 gals ) came back and settled on doing the boat excursion the the island with all the fun extras . We were then told that it would be 700 pesos a piece with a 200 peso deposit that was included in the total price per person. Awesome. We all paid . Remaining balance was 500 pesos per person , (+ 80 bracelet fee because your going onto a private island and they only let a few people in this area on certain days ) totally fine with us .. nature needs to be protected . Took cab from bucerias to nueve vallarta in the morning showed up early to only be told we needed to pay the 700 pesos per person , and when asked about our deposit we placed we were told that it was her commission . And that we needed to pay the 900. Well we ended not going because they wouldnt work with us , and we didnt have enough money to cover because we only brought extra money for the cab ride back to bucerias.. . Sadly we lost 1000 pesos . But we were more dissapointed they wouldnt even ask what we had to contribute , or that we cant get our so called deposit back because we never even saw the boat . I do not reccomend this activety scammed .. maybe they would of treated us better if we paid in us dollars.

Great experience highly recommend Vicky was very nice and explained what was included in the tour and the crew on board were very helpful. We saw ? Whales and ? dolphins was the perfect day.
