Need a lawyer don’t trust them appear business but you know better consulting a lawyer before any commitment scam scam v i think they are bankrupt and trying to get money be aware Very Poor customer service main problem is in human capital owner seems to have not employed talented legitimate manpower while in timeshare sales department or other corporate policies seem corrupt I would excercise extreme caution facility is magnificent and beautiful high quality facilities Desighn bit untalented manpower will definitely destroy the best facility , they offer a free breakfast and 25% discount and think you are their prisoner for one hour they are manipulating and push to hard and don’t accept no for an answer really drive a person mad if you refuse to purchase their 200,000 US dollar and bring another salesman or manipulating woman that try to deceive you and they really make it hard I really don’t recommend and wish the owner would understand you can’t force people to buy just because you have them breakfast, the service I encountered today was very disappointing and don’t recommend anyone to waste four hours with them , they woman i encountered claims she is a manger but seems like a prison warden , again today they can’t give us the 25% discount huge scam really looks great but hidden scam everywhere they simply say policy doesn’t allow us to give you a 25% discount Roberto was very confident in not caring and said we have no problem write what you like in internet anyway go for the free breakfast no ask a lawyer before you decide if you want to buy anything which may appeal to you lawyer is a must very untrustworthy ofrganization .
