S	Sara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Scuba Total on google while searching for a top dive center which certifies me for Padi Open Water. I could not have been happier with my choice. The communication with Gaby was flawless and quick from the first moment on, she organised me the course in 2 days. My instructor, Fabio was absolutely great, patient and professional. We did a session in the pool then went for in total 3 dives in 2 days. I had one day inbetween to learn for the exam. The certification (putting me in the Padi system) was quick, so I could have done my first Padi dive on the next day in theory. I would like to mention Aldo as well. Even though he was in charge with another group of people, he always had some nice words for me. ☺️ Very nice atmosphere overall, highly recommended! ♥️

Throughout the entire process, Gaby was extremely easy to communicate with and was very responsive to all of our questions. Our Instructor, Fabio, was incredibly patient and showed us the ropes to exploring the underwater world. We progressed from complete novices to becoming comfortable and being able to enjoy ourselves in the water. We dove at MUSA and the nearby reefs and we even swam with a turtle! After the certification, we asked if we could do a follow-up tour to see the bull sharks, but were told that we needed more experience to join that tour. I was actually very happy that we were turned down. It's clear that Scuba Total cares about the safety of the divers as well as the well-being of the underwater ecosystem. When we return to Cancun, we will definitely dive with Scuba Total again!

Not only was Fabio a great instructor; he is also a fantastic photographer. He was able to capture my first certified dives (see pictures). Thank you Gaby for answering all my questions and making the process simple and to Fabio for starting me on my journey as a PADI certified open water diver!!!!!!

The way he handled the equipment, the talks in the car, the clear explanations, professionalism under water. I really haven't got anything bad to say. If you go diving in Cancun, do it here. If you're doubting if you should pay the money for a cenote dive: do it. You will never forget it.

Gaby communicated often in planning our trip and was flexible on date and flexible when one of our family needed to cancel. Fabio was a quality teacher and safe dive guide who shot a bunch of pics and video of us. Advice: if you go on a windy day, take nausea medicine as the dive boat bounces a lot.

Both historically and possible dangers and conditions. From the get go they were responsive to all my questions and concerns. Over email then WhatsApp. Did four dives over two days with different instructors and both were primo. The second day was a full day trip and ended up being private dives by fluke and they didn't cancel the trip, most other dive shops would. I know cuz I've experienced it. This stood out for the level of customer service they offer. After experiencing the service and skill level I see the other google reviews weren't wrong. Glad I chose them, and will again when I come back. Highly recommend the cenotes. Extremely unique.
