★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a regular, old fashioned, department store. This time, I was looking for the watch repair kiosk and the fellow was quite helpful. I also go to Sears to look for small appliances. Some of the staff are helpful and knowledgeable but some are really rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Sears site is OK. It is inside Plaza Bugambilias (Cuernavaca). The spot is clean and well maintained. Sears store seems quite small inside and crowded. But is is OK if one needs to go shopping in the area.
Place Bugambilias has enough parking spot which is great. Many other stores are to be find in there.
