★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No les recomiendo esta marca, el servicio es completamente deplorable, cada que mi coche entra a servicio le pasa algo y eso que apenas llevo tres, pero este último fue lo peor, me lo entregaron con dos golpes, usaron mi coche para irse de farra, le dañaron un amortiguador, me ensuciaron los asientos, los seguros ya no se cierran automáticamente, ya no suena el vehículo cuando lo abres o lo cierras, y me lo dejaron como matraca, casualmente el asesor me dice que lo puedo recoger el dia sábado antes de las 2 pm y me llama a la 1.45, obvio usaron mi coche para irse a pasear, cuando toda la mañana les estuve llamando para pasar por él, si lo fueron a probar, pero a una fiesta. NEFASTOS Y DEPLORABLES, AH Y ABUSIVOS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a ver la Seat Arona, el vendedor fue cordial pero impersonal, aun así tuve la información que buscaba.
El problema fue cuando solicite los costos, me entregó la cotización con paquetes extra que no solicite, "me doy cuenta que eso lo hacen por *default en todas las agencias", le pedí que los eliminara y de mala gana solo quito uno y dejo lo demás.
Después de esto el vendedor fue muy tajante y seco.
Me di cuenta cuando me volvió a entregar la nueva cotización que además tenia un enganche de 40% y me informó que no pueden aceptar mas por que eso disminuye el crédito a financiar y su comisión.
En fin no volvería a esa agencia, hay mejores tratos y vendedores mas amables.

In short, I would not return to that agency, there are better deals and more friendly sellers.
