No tienen la menor idea de como tratar con humanos.

They have no idea how to deal with humans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo malo es que son servidores publicos! Y se cobran de nuestros inpuestos, y no tienen la Decencia y Educación de dar un buen servicio! Contestar bien las llamas y pregustas! Si puedes acudir a cualquier otra notaria para sus ducumentos, Haganlo! Y tendran mejor respuesta y provablemente mejores precios!
The downside is that they are public servants! And they are charged from our taxes, and they do not have the Decency and Education to give a good service! Answer well the calls and questions! If you can go to any other notary for your documents, do it! And they will have a better response and probably better prices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy 3 estrellas porque ponen muchos peros en la entrega de documentos por ejemplo, en el acta de nacimiento, debe tener la firma igual al que ellos tienen en su libro y el sello también.
Es poco práctico que hagan eso, uno no sabe como es la firma del que te entrego el documento y te hacen regresar y perder tiempo.
Aparte de eso, si te atienden regularmente rápido pero el lugar es muy pequeño.
I give it 3 stars because they put many buts in the delivery of documents for example, in the birth certificate, you must have the same signature as they have in your book and the stamp too.
It is impractical for them to do that, you do not know what the signature of the document is and they make you return and waste time.
Other than that, if they serve you regularly fast but the place is very small.
