★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a tramitar la renovación y el trato con los que entregan el cambio fue buena pero tengo un problema desde el año pasado no me depositan el apoyo y mi tarjeta esta bien no hay ningún problema y esta activa pero no me depositan alguien que haya pasado por el mismo problema y lo pudo resolver porfavor me podría dar informes o algún número donde pueda a reglar mi problema porfavor selos agradeceré mucho

Por ello, acudí a las oficinas, al llegar la recepcionista me ignoro durante 15 min porque estaba comiendo, posteriormente me gritó, fue el oficial quien me solicitó la información que necesitaba y me apoyo. Tuve que llamar al número que me proporcionaron y al terminar mi llamada la recepcionista estaba platicando atrás, estuve 30 min solicitándole ayuda y solo me ignoraba. Nadie dentro del edificio usa cubrebocas, excepto los guardias y son groseros

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo servicio. Nunca me han contestado a mis llamadas. Me avisaron en broxel que podía acudir por mi a recoger mi nueva tarjeta que ya estaba en las oficinas del salario rosa y cuando llegue por mi tarjeta argumentaron que ahí no estaba que llamara para poder recogerla y jamás han contestado a una sola de mis llamadas.
It is a lousy service. They have never answered my calls. They told me in broxel that I could come for myself to pick up my new card that was already in the pink salary offices and when I arrived for my card they argued that it was not there that I should call to pick it up and they have never answered a single one of my calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una oficina muy del gobierno, mal trato hacia el ciudadano. No puedes hacer cita los telefonos no contestan, yo he marcado por dias enteros y nada. Cuando llegas tienes que hacer una fila eterna de 6 horas en el frio, sol o lluvia. Seas anciano o traigas niños no les importa. 2 horas adentro llenando formatos. Es decir llegas a las 8am sales a las 6 pm mas o menos. los chicos que te atienden adentro son amables.
It is a very government office, bad treatment towards the citizen. You can't make an appointment, the phones don't answer, I've dialed for whole days and nothing. When you arrive you have to make an eternal line of 6 hours in the cold, sun or rain. Whether you are old or bring children, they don't care. 2 hours inside filling out forms. That is, you arrive at 8am, you leave at 6 pm more or less. the guys who serve you inside are friendly.
