★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place in the middle of nowhere. All natural swimming areas and several activities that makes the entry price totally worth it. I spent the time diving and paint balling in their decently sized paintball area. Five stars from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a super nice place to take a family! Or a girlfriend double!. It is a little tough to get to but well worth the journey our driver misunderstood and it was over an hour extra driving through neighborhoods that were a little dicey. But once we got there it was well worth the journey. We did the zipline which turns out to be about $8 us and it wasn't super exhilarating it was actually 4 short ziplines but it was a lot of fun. They offer snorkeling and beginners scuba diving for 1 hour tours. Cost is about $40 which I think is pretty fair. The water was absolutely crystal freaking clear. There were rope swings into that clear River which was a little bit on the cool side but we were able to stay in for quite a while. At least for pools including one for kids and one for 16 and older. Met lots of wonderful people the staff were great highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to this place years ago when I just came to Mexico for the first time and I absolutely loved it. Went back a few days ago, and it is even more beautiful! The new swimming pools are much bigger, warmer and better looking. I went there on Monday, so there were very few people; the staff said it gets very busy on weekends. The food in the restaurant was good, although the portions were small.
The hotel and the spa are quite overpriced tbh, but if you go to just spend the day there, enjoy the weather, the river and the pools - it’s more than enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing park to swim and to be with the family.
Consider that you can camp or book at the hotel. It is from 2 hours from Mexico city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally awesome park! I had high expectations but my expectations were still somehow exceeded! The entrance fee might seem higher than other waterparks but this is more than a waterpark. The focus is on the natural environment rather than playing with water, although they do have some pools (mostly for children) and 2 jacuzzis. The river is the main attraction and it really does go with deep at one point, with also many areas for diving, both scuba and jumping into the water (this one is free). There are options for other water sports although I didn't do any of them on this visit. The bathrooms look nice and are clean, and the paths are paved quite well so you could also walk around barefoot. I actually forgot to download my ticket bought online but they were and to find me just by using the reference number so that was great. The locker was spacious too. I'd say their official recommendation for traveling from Mexico City was not great, as there are very few buses between Yuatepec and Mexico City, and the combi from there takes you only to around 15 minutes away from the park itself. I think a better way is through Jojutla, the bus takes around the same amount of time from Mexico City, and the combi also similar, but it takes you all the way to the entrance. There are also a lot more buses from Jojutla to Mexico City and Cuernavaca so I think that's a much better option (also the option suggested by Pullman de Morelos staff). The park was not as big as I thought it would be but I think it had the perfect size. I will definitely try to visit again (does take plenty of time to visit by public transportation).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere of the place of pools, river and camping is very familiar, ideal for family vacations or for a weekend. The only thing that I didn't like a bit was that there were a lot of people, a bit noisy, since at night the people next to us were talking all night. There are many shops to buy food, drinks and candys of all kinds. I didn't get a chance to try the food though. The service is absolutely fantastic. From the moment you arrive they help you take your things to the camping place, if you have pets you can also take them as they have a special place for pets. The place is a bit pricey, but it's worth it. Its location is somewhat removed from the state of Mexico but it is very good for all those who reside in Mexico City, I definitely recommend it and I can't wait to go again.
