En el centro cultural Mexiquense Bicentenario hay mucha obra que quedo a medias y reportan al personal con muchisimos inconvenientes.
La inmobiliaria CONCECUTEX llevo a cabo esta obra mal realizada y en la actualidad se obliga al personal externo a firmar documentos de que todo es seguro.
Las auditorias ISO 9000 y 14001 llevados por Ivan Soto Campos don falsas igual se obliga al personal a decir que todo esta bien.
Los servicios de mantenimiento De Marco Alanis tambien don falsos puesto que no se puede siwyiera trabajar con seguridad laboral personal.
Los lagos qie presenta el Centro Cultural en realidad son pantanos donde existen peces OKOI enfermos y en muy malas condiciones. Se incumplen muchos protocolos de obras y servicios.
