★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy baja atención pusieron de pretexto la credencial de mi papá y querían su certificado de escuela pero no se lo validaron mi mamá llevaba los mismos documentos y a ella si le dieron su pasaporte.
La vdd muy mala atención y mala capacitación por parte de los empleados el pero la de toda la ciudad la vdd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención ineficiente por parte del joven en la recepción y en la primer ventanilla entrando del lado izquierdo en donde se revisan los documentos, no recomiendo este lugar para tramitar pasaporte. Solamente el policía de la entrada en la reja es en verdad profesional en su labor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos muy amables y la atención fue rápida, solo un detalle, si llevas como documento de identificación la cartilla militar, también lleva un certificado de estudios, no lo dicen en los requisitos al sacar la cita pero a la mera hora te lo piden, yo lo lleve por qué vi una reseña y me salve

De un trámite q hice por internet y no se como va , no si algo lo está atorando; no me ha llegado el Correo con la Cita para ir a recoger mis copias certificadas

El horario en que reciben documentos es de 8-11am, entregan de 1-2.
Puedes dejarlos y volver por la tarde o al día siguiente.
El costo es $405 por documento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue un asco, llegamos desde las 12:00, media hora antes de nuestra cita, todo parecía ir bien, en el primer filtro que es donde te revisan tus documentos todo salió bien, pero en el segundo filtro la persona que olvide pedirle su nombre el cual es un hombre de tez blanca ojos azules y cabello rizado hace distinción sobre las personas, si les cae bien te facilita el trámite y si no le agradaste te pone trabas, a la hora de tomar la foto me mandaron a esperar el pasaporte, en sábado hay mucho personal, pero es ineficiente, justo cuando parecía que me iban a dar el pasaporte me llamaron porque "hubo un error de sistema", pero mi acompañante escuchó cuando decían que se habían equivocado ellos, nuevamente me tomaron fotos, me sacaron huellas y me mandaron a seguir esperando, hasta las 5:30 me entregaron el pasaporte, varias personas pasaron después de mi y salieron mucho antes, hasta los policías eran más amables que algunos del personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue buena, llevaba cita programada... ojo sin cita no hay atención.
No le pongo las 5 estrellas ya que en el último tramo o módulo donde se entrega el pasaporte dure poco más de la hora
Fue muy ágil la entrega de documentos, la toma de huellas y foto, pero al parecer como va entregando los formatos el personal, así van nombrando para la entrega, no hay orden por horarios así que si tienes suerte sale tu nombre rápido o no. :/
Si llevas todos tus documentos requeridos no hay porque te retrasen o te pongan peros para tu trámite, no olvides imprimir tu hoja de acuse de cita porque es requisito indispensable para el pase y si no quieres perder tiempo ve con tu pago previamente realizado para evitar ir al banco y regresar a finalizar trámite.
Personal muy amable y rápida atención, la entrega del pasaporte fue el mismo día :) .

The delivery of documents, the taking of fingerprints and photos was very agile, but it seems that the way the staff delivers the forms, that is how they appoint for the delivery, there is no order by schedule so if you are lucky your name comes out quickly or not. :/
If you bring all your required documents, there is no reason why they will delay you or give you buts for your procedure, do not forget to print your appointment acknowledgment sheet because it is an essential requirement for the pass and if you do not want to waste time, go with your payment previously made to avoid going to the bank and return to finish the process.
Very friendly staff and fast attention, the delivery of the passport was the same day :) .
