Terrible service….I took my puppy because he vomited a lot, I knew I was responsible for him but instead of helping me the doctor told me that she couldn't do anything to him and that he needed to take him to the hospital, I said “thank you, then could you give me a referral from a good hospital even though they don't have an agreement but they didn't know what to tell me…” The doctor seemed inexperienced, it took her a long time to give him a medication, her hand was shaking and she poked him more than once for 2 medications, I counted the bites and there were 6… It was a terrible experience… really don't take your puppies there because they make everything big, he told me that he had to take him to the hospital without even checking him and casually at the end he told me "oh well it's not so bad" From experience I tell you that the veterinary service is not good, 2 more people had to pass to grab him to give him his injections, my puppy is not violent at all and obviously after 4 pickets he was obviously going to get more nervous and stressed... . We did not claim anything because obviously we were in a hurry due to commitments, what we wanted was to go with my puppy and calm him down, he literally wanted to run away I make this reference because my puppy's previous vet was totally different, I don't go with him because I had to move house I really don't recommend them...

It has always been a great experience and his care of our dog has been phenomenal. We appreciate the entire team at Woof Miaow for the care and love they have given our dog, Agatha.

Terrible veterinary service, my puppy was vomiting a lot and I took him to the veterinarian and the veterinarian who attended him did not even know how many milliliters he had to inject, it seemed that he was looking for everything on the internet, he injected him 6 times to only put 2 medications!! I mean, he injected it wrong 4 times, in one of those times he put the needle in it and said "I didn't put the liquid in it", then we arrived and he said "no but this is to go to the hospital" and when he finished he told us "no, well no it was so bad." Terrible veterinary service. Don't take your dogs there. exasperating I WOULD NOT HAVE POSTED THIS REVIEW IF IT HAD NOT BEEN SUCH A BAD SITUATION.

It is a great place to leave your puppies in a hotel and nursery, in addition to the fact that the treatment of the puppies is super professional and they are always aware of them, when I take them to a beauty salon they leave them amazing and they smell very good, in addition to using the fearfree technique I like that a lot. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

We traveled to CDMX and hosted my dachshund at Woof Miaow. The best experience she had in the hands of experts ?, she came out fascinated. We will definitely return! I recommend them forever!

I loved the service, for now we have only gone to the veterinarian, professional, empathetic and above all very kind to us and our little ones, without a doubt we want to try and learn about their other services. The place is very cool and they transmit a lot of confidence.

It's an incredible place!!! The attention 10/10, they care too much about our pets and they always respect your appointment time (which is one of the things that I love), they make a small medical history with the general data of your puppy and what I value the most one of them is that they do not occupy cages, they always bring the puppies on their leash or in the case of mine, in my arms, my chihuahua Patricia always leaves the place very happy. I highly recommend it, we have been coming here for months now and have NEVER had a bad experience. Another thing I like is that while I'm in the living room, waiting for my daughter, I can watch the movies on TV ??✨
