Con decir no sirve la impresora y no sabemos cuando la reparan ya no te atienden. Falta de respeto al cliente, juegan con nuestro tiempo. No están capacitados, nunca han leído un libro de atención a clientes, ni un video se han comedido a revisar. No merecemos maltrato de ningún proveedor. Como clientes tenemos derecho y obligación de exigir buen servicio, sólo con excelencia el país avanzará.
