★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pueden llegar a ser muy groseros los trabajadores de ahí. Fui en Abril a sacar mi pasaporte y hay un señor delgado mal encarado que recibe los papeles, es bastante grosero y maleducado. Nunca me contestó el saludo y quiere regañar a todos. Quien válido mis datos fue lo mismo, súper prepotente y a amargado, deja una muy mala experiencia. Las personas que toman la foto y la señorita que entrega al final son gente muy amable y agradable.
The workers there can be very rude. I went in April to get my passport and there is a thin, ill-faced man who receives the papers, he is quite rude and impolite. He never answered my greeting and wants to scold everyone. Who valid my data was the same, super arrogant and bitter, leaves a very bad experience. The people who take the photo and the lady who delivers at the end are very nice and nice people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal eficiente y con experiencia en el ramo, pude observar a la mayoría del personal que ahí labora, tiene la experiencia para solucionar cualquier duda respecto al trámite del pasaporte. Aunque todos los lineamientos para un trámite correcto lo encuentra en la página de la SRE. el tiempo para la expedición del pasaporte es rápido, siempre y cuando lleven todos los requisitos y rápidamente saldrán con su pasaporte. En si en el trámite completo te llevarás aprox. 3 horas, considerando llegar siempre anticipadamente.
Efficient and experienced personnel in the field, I was able to observe most of the personnel who work there, they have the experience to solve any doubt regarding the passport process. Although all the guidelines for a correct procedure can be found on the SRE page. the time for the issuance of the passport is fast, as long as they carry all the requirements and will quickly leave with their passport. In itself, in the complete process you will take approx. 3 hours, always considering arriving early.
