★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una oficina (y me refiero a la gente que atiende) sumamente ineficiente, lenta, con una mala atención, desorganizada e incapaz de hacer bien su trabajo. Viven en el pasado cuándo muchos trámites podrían hacerse por Internet. Un infierno burocrático y de su plataforma en internet mejor ni hablamos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que había mucha gente el proceso está controlado en una hora atendieron a 15 personas es decir que en promedio la expedición de licencia lleva de 4 a 7 minutos por persona ( para que se considere al acudir al módulo solo multiplique el número de personas esperando y así sabrá cuánto tiempo tardará), en general un trámite fácil y sencillo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora que está en la entrada recibiendo documentos no da buen servicio. Yo tenía cita a la 1:52 pm para renovar licencia y ya no me permitió entrar, que porque en caja ya iban a cerrar. Entonces para que dan citas a esa hora si no van a respetarlas. Y eso que llegué 5 minutos antes de la hora que marcaba mi cita. Mal servicio de esa persona, deberían dar ese trabajo a gente que realmente quiera servir a sus semejantes y no solo esté calentando el lugar. Es mi opinión...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue a las 10 a tramitar mi licencia y me dijieron que ya no tenían sistema, pero si tenían gente y seguían atendiendo sin problema, al parecer no reciben gente a partir de las 10 solo la que llega temprano lo cual es tonto porque salen a las 2 pésimo servicio ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio super lento, llegué cuarto para las 8 habían 5 personas antes de mi para renovar licencia, el personal llego hasta 8:10 con toda la calma del mundo y empezaron a recibir 8:20, son las 9:00 y continuamos igual, deberían ser más empáticos y comprender que la gente comprometida y responsable madruga xq tiene que trabajar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio en Apizaco, llegué a las 15:30 horas y me atendieron para el trámite de refrendo sin previa cita. Tienen un horario amplió que se ajusta.
No es como en Tlaxcala, que después de las 13:30 horas que ya no atienden.
