Y bueno el proceso pues es lento , dejo lo que a diciembre 2020 piden para q vayan preparados. INE CURP ACTA DE NACIMIENTO COMPROBANTE DE DOMICILIO Igualmente deben ir acompañados de alguien q elija el beneficiario para q lo denominen su auxiliar y también debe llevar los mismos documentos que el adulto recibira el beneficio. In the portal they ask for documentation but when you arrive they ask for more documents, for the type of user they serve, they should be clearer so as not to make them turn around. And well the process is slow, I leave what they ask for in December 2020 so that they are prepared. El teléfono no para de sonar y se vuelve un caos. Deben contratar un@ operador de teléfono. Only 2 stars because it is disorganized, once you know who is going to take care of you, it improves a bit, due to the staff's disposition, but it does not seem to have a decent structure to support adults and disabled people. The phone does not stop ringing and it becomes chaotic. They should hire a telephone operator.

Instalaciones poco adecuadas en todo seguridad, accesibilidad, inclusion, si les dieran cita serian mas efectivos ( aunque parece que no existe una aplicacion para ellos) Little effective that module for the number of people of the 3 age. Ambiente hostil de los empleados en recepción. En fin. Es decepcionante para un Estado como Veracruz que es uno de los más importantes del país. Terrible attention, poor treatment by staff, Very negative attitude of employees towards people. Dirty place, broken furniture. Hostile environment of the employees at the reception. Anyway. It is disappointing for a state like Veracruz, which is one of the most important in the country.
