★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de la Sra. Yadira Hernández, lastima que por empleados como ella que no cuentan con la capacidad de dar un servicio, se pierda a un cliente.
Hay que capacitar a esa Sra. para que no sea grosera y no le cuelgue el teléfono a las personas que se toman el tiempo de responder su llamada.
Sí es así la forma de vender su servicio, no quiero imaginarme como son al contratarlos como servicio de seguridad.
 Terrible service from Mrs. Yadira Hernández, it hurts that employees like her who do not have the capacity to provide a service, lose a client.
You have to train that Mrs. not to be rude and not hang up the phone on people who take the time to answer your call.
If this is the way to sell their service, I do not want to imagine what they are like when hiring them as a security service.
