De todas las personas con las que me comunique de oficinas del Vall Center ningúna resolvió mi problema hasta que me comunique con la sucursal en Tlalpan de Quálitas, quienes amablemente tuvieron a bien resolver mi problema con una atención excelente, ojalá y oficinas centrales de Quálitas leyera este comentario y tomara cartas en el asunto, afortunadamente todavía es posible encontrar personas dispuestas a ayudar a sus clientes, gente comprometida con su trabajo.
