★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancele mi poliza hace 3 meses y aun asi hicieron un cobro indebido y sin mi autorizacion, al dia de hoy no han regresado el monto cobrado. Prometen una fecha de resolucion y no cumplen con lo prometido. Pesimo servicio.
Cancel my policy 3 months ago and even then they made an undue payment and without my authorization, to date the amount charged has not returned. They promise a resolution date and do not comply with what was promised. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que recibimos en las oficinas fue muy bueno, tienen muy buena organizacion. Todo estuvo muy bien en cuanto a sus instalaciones y servicio por parte del personal. Sin embargo, sus seguros son muy elevados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué pasa?????? Tengo 2 HRS tratando de comunicarme y no contestan!! Qué no se supone que es para emergencias!!!??? Está ocupado, me contestan y me deja esperando la grabación y al final se corta la llamada de tanto esperar. Es una basura!, Lo acabo de contratar y no lo puedo usar, ni siquiera para pedir información, qué barbaridad!!
What happens?????? I have 2 HRS trying to communicate and they don't answer !! What is not supposed to be for emergencies !!! ??? He is busy, they answer me and leave me waiting for the recording and in the end the call is cut off from waiting. It's crap !, I just hired it and I can't use it, not even to ask for information, how outrageous !!
