Georgina que va a atenderme esta atrasada, a pesar de que entra a las 10 am! Y para colmo no hay un solo teléfono o algo que indique donde puedo quejarme

Para empezar los requisitos que piden ellos no son los mismos que se solicitan en el sitio oficial del gobierno, luego, de por sí el horario es muy incómodo para quienes trabajamos, pues cierran a las 2:30pm, pero la recepción de documentos termina a las 2:00pm. El personal del área a la que acudí no es para nada amable ni provee de información útil. Tuve que ir 3 veces para hacer un trámite porque ya sea por los horarios o porque no acatan las especificaciones del sitio oficial del trámite que llevé a cabo, no me pudieron aceptar mis documentos dos veces. Las únicas personas que fueron amables y que me dieron información útil fueron las de recepción.

To begin with, the requirements they ask for are not the same as those requested on the official government site, then, in itself, the schedule is very uncomfortable for those of us who work, as they close at 2:30 pm, but the reception of documents ends at 2:00 pm. The staff in the area I went to are not friendly at all or provide useful information. The only people who were friendly and who gave me useful information were those at the front desk.
