They changed what they had promised us at the beginning, the car was no longer going to be delivered on the date they said, but it was going to take another 6 months, something that from the beginning we emphasized that it was sure that they would deliver it when they had told us and it was not fulfilled. We asked the seller to talk to his supervisor, the one who had approached us together with him at the beginning and it turned out that it was not possible because the two of them had personal problems, and that he could no longer help us. Later we asked to speak with another supervisor, commenting that we did not feel confident to continue because they were not fulfilling what they promised, in addition to the lack of professionalism that was occurring with the seller and the supervisor who had attended us at the beginning. Which we wanted to cancel. The supervisor told us that there was no problem, that most of what we gave would be refunded, that there was only a small penalty for cancellation, she gave us a number to communicate in which they would follow up on the refund. in which they only told us that they would return the call, to which 2 more months passed without any response calling and just giving up. we called again and now they say that nothing would be refunded because months have passed when they were the ones who were giving us the long haul It is a real fraud.
