★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sólo sirven para hacer envíos ocurre. Para entregas a domicilio son absolutamente incapaces, se demoran 3 o 4 días en algunos casos con todo tipo de excusas. Muy ineficientes, lo barato sale caro.
They only serve to make shipments happens. For home deliveries they are absolutely incapable, it takes 3 or 4 days in some cases with all kinds of excuses. Very inefficient, cheap is expensive.

Mande un paquete grande con ellos a Reynosa que se perdio se hechan la bolita no dan respuesta pésima agencia no arriesguen su dinero ni en cdmx ni en Reynosa me resolvieron nada son unos Rateros si alguien necesita evidencia escríbame y se las mando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un buen servicio. Las 3 estrellas es porque tuve que regresar por un paquete que me faltó. Afortunadamente me resolvieron al momento pero me molestó regresar nuevamente ya que es trayecto del estado de México a la cdmx y al tener mi nombre ya sabían el número de paquetes que tenían que entregarmey es la primera vez que voy hasta sus bodegas ya que su sucursal está cerrada.
They have good service. The 3 stars is because I had to return for a missing package. Fortunately, they solved it for me right away, but it bothered me to return again since it is a journey from the state of Mexico to the cdmx and since they had my name they already knew the number of packages they had to deliver to me and it is the first time that I go to their warehouses since their branch is closed.
